Katie Queen Dossinger brings more than 20 years of operations and financial services leadership to the role of Chief Operating Officer at HealthX Partners. Before joining HealthX Partners, Katie served as the CFO for a mission-driven US-based small business, as well as the Director of Finance at Population Services International and the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. Prior to that, Katie worked in various finance and accounting roles at non-profits and government contractors. The early days of her international career were spent as an elementary school English teacher with the Peace Corps in Uzbekistan.

Katie’s experience cuts across diverse functional areas, including project management, global financial analysis, training, and capacity strengthening, contract management and compliance, and coaching and mentorship. Katie is a native English speaker and a graduate of Bryn Mawr College where she studied mathematics and Russian linguistics.
